Oliver has been providing research, interface design, and usability consulting services to Three, Optus & Telstra for over 7 years.
Westpac iPhone Banking
Westpac have recently launched a new mobile banking website. Oliver worked on the customer research, user interface and interaction design.
ABC Mobile & iPhone
Ideal Interfaces did the functional design of the ABC mobile website (m.abc.net.au) & provided UI design recommendations on their iPhone application.
Qantas iPhone Application
Oliver worked on the User Interface design for the Qantas iPhone application.

Qantas Quick Check Kiosk
Oliver has been involved in the Qantas Quick Check project since prior to launch and has worked on various versions over the years, increasing functionality and maintaining ease of use.
Telstra Customer Experience Centre Kiosks
Ideal Interfaces provided initial research and interaction design feedback for the touchscreen kiosks in the flagship T-Life stores.
Secret Project
Ideal Interfaces has recently designed a kiosk interface that will have a large scale rollout later in 2009.
ITV
Oliver enjoys working on iTV projects, and back when iTV was all the rage he worked with Optus on iTV applications for companies like Pizza Hut, music channels, and even one for a large FMCG that included a competition around a laundry powder brand.
He conducted usability reviews, usability testing and created wireframes for the user interface design.
Conference Speaker & Guest Lecturer
Oliver is a regular public speaker and a specialist on mobile and the online customer experience.
He has spoken at over 50 events including:

Oliver has written articles for magazines such as PC Magazine on everything from speech interfaces to music software. He has also been interviewed in a range of publications, and was identified as one of Australia's Mobile Moguls by Smart Company magazine (2008).

For the last 5 years Oliver has co-authored an annual report on how Australians use their mobile phone.
